International Organising Committee (IOO) invites your company to present its products and services on the Exhibition during the Symposium.
The Exhibition Hall will be situated at a strategic location in the Hotel, “Quiet Room”, close to the meeting halls and together with Poster Sessions. All refreshment breaks will take place in, or near the Exhibition Hall.
Exhibition Preliminary Timetable
Wednesday, November 12, 2008, 09.00 a. m. until Saturday November 15, 2008, 12.00 a. m.
Rental Rates
- Booking rate for standard 6 m2 stand (paid until June 30, 2008) = 2 000 EUR
- Booking rate for standard 8 m2 stand (paid until June 30, 2008) = 2 500 EUR
- Booking rate for standard 6 m2 stand (paid after June 30, 2008) = 2 500 EUR
- Booking rate for standard 8 m2 stand (paid after June 30, 2008) = 3 000 EUR
All prices include VAT.

The price for booth includes: standard walls 2 m height, electric energy supply (500 VA), light, a table, and two chairs. Furniture and other services are also offered (details and price list).
Your contribution covers one A4 format page of your company’s advertising published in the Proceedings. The company advertising on one A4 page in PDF Adobe Acrobat format must be sent to helpdesk@rmo2008.org prior to September 15, 2008. The name of your company will be on exhibitor’s list on Symposium website, with link to your company, in Programme, Proceedings and other official material.
The fee for exhibitor includes also the fee for one participant to take part to the Symposium (including full Symposium materials).

Payment conditions
To book a booth, the Application Form for exhibit space must be completed, signed, and sent to Symposium office by fax (+385 1 464 82 62) or by E-mail as attachments to helpdesk@rmo2008.org.
Payments are to be made by bank transfer in favour of Metrology Consulting; Ratkajev prolaz 3; 10000 Zagreb, Croatia

Note: Registration for Exhibition will be valid when Application Form (download here) is filled in, signed, and a copy of the payment are sent by fax (+385 1 464 82 62) or as E-mail attachments to helpdesk@rmo2008.org.
Receipt will be issued at the Registration Desk at the Symposium.
Cancellation and refund policy
In case of cancellation, please notify the Registration Secretariat in writing (address: billing@rmo2008.org). An administrative charge of 300 EUR will apply to cancellations made prior to October 15, 2007. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date.
