International Organising Committee (IOC) is inviting your company to take Commercial Lecture at the Symposium. This will put the name of your company on Symposium web site, in Programme, Proceedings and other official material. We are also offering you to take a 45 minute commercial lecture on the achievements of your company, at which occasion advertising material may be handled to the attendants.
Your contribution covers one A4 format page of your company’s advertising published in the Proceedings. The company advertising on one A4 page in *.pdf Adobe Acrobat format must be sent to helpdesk@rmo2008.org prior to September 15, 2008. It also includes fees for two participants to take part to the Symposium.
Deadline: Application Form (download here) is to be sent prior to September 1, 2008.
The fees for commercial lecture are:
- 1 900 EUR paid until June 30, 2008
- 2 200 EUR paid after June 30, 2008
All prices include VAT.

All payments are to be made in EUR or in US Dollars (equivalent to EUR). No other currencies will be accepted.
Note: Registration for Commercial Lecture will be valid when the filled in and signed Application Form (download here), and a copy of the payment, are faxed (+385 1 464 82 62) or sent as E-mail attachments to helpdesk@rmo2008.org.
Receipt will be issued at the Registration Desk at the Symposium.
Cancellation and refund policy
In case of cancellation, please notify the Registration Secretariat in writing (email address: billing@rmo2008.org). An administrative charge of 200 EUR will apply to cancellations made PRIOR to October 15, 2007. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date.
